Temporary 3 Month Contract

My client based in Glenrothes, have an immediate requirement for a Shipping & Logistics Administrator to join them on a temporary basis estimated to last 3 months.

Responsibilities will include:

Ensure orders are being dispatched in a timely manner
Liaise with internal departments
Create dispatch documents and paperwork
Complete compliance checks as required
Create invoices on orders dispatched
Print ad scan documentsTo be considered for this position, candidates must have the following background and skills:

Solid administration experience
Ideally, experience of working in a logistics &/or shipping environment
Knowledge of Customers and HMRC compliance would be highly advantageous
Confident IT skills including MS Word and Excel
Able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
