We are now looking for Sea Import Controller to join the team at their Leeds office. My client will look at varying levels of experience to join the company so joining as a clerk or a senior imports clerk is available with salary reflected with the experience you possess..
Your role will involve..
Creating and processing import entries if you have the experience training will be offered on customs entries as long as you have imports skills
Arranging and monitoring import deliveries
Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
Providing administrative assistance to the General Manager and Sales team
General administrative duties such as preparing customer invoices, processing supplier invoices and liasing with shipping lines, airlines, and overseas agents.
In order to apply for this role you will need..
Experience of handling freight imports, customs entry creation (ideally) and customs procedures.
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail, team mentality and positive attitude
Experience with CCS-UK, CNS & MCP systems would be advantageous
