Stakeholder Lead - Offshore Wind

Our client is a leading energy company that develops, constructs, and operates offshore and onshore wind farms. They are also the only energy company in the world with a science-based net-zero emissions target as validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

Our client is now looking for a new Stakeholder Advisor in the UK Stakeholder Relations & Regulatory Affairs department to join their fat-growing team, so if you are passionate about creating a world which runs on green energy and would like to play your part in making it a reality, this could be the role for you.


You will be responsible for creating and developing relationships with key stakeholders locally and regionally in the UK. You will support the development, construction, and operations of future offshore wind farm projects.

You'll play an important role in:

Building and forming relationships and partnerships to influence and inform the external stakeholders in line with businesses and business interests in key localities.
Supporting company projects and engage with teams across the business to deliver to project priorities and milestones.
Representing the company at external meetings including, but not limited to, those with local authorities, residents, parish councils and local business organisations.
Supporting key strategic relationships, including with the private sector, politicians, civil servants, and other organisations, to promote UK business and business interests.
Identifying opportunities to raise awareness of the company, it's projects and opportunities to further external influence to maximise impact on stakeholders.


Have a degree in a relevant subject.
Have experience of developing and managing stakeholder interactions.
Are a clear and concise communicator with strong presentation skills.
Experience of working cooperatively across a large organisation.
Are able, and willing to, travel to sites and partner sites across the UK.

Salary: £40-50,000.

Location: London or Grimsby based office, with Flexible working.
