To be considered for this role you must have:
A degree in shipping/logistics and/or related industry and/or equivalent experience of minimum 1 year
1) Cabotage
* Liaising & updating on stock for surplus regions
* Communicating on regular basis with all EU office for the Cabotage release orders
2) Offhire
* Checking Offhire’ s for GBR region every day and Offhire what we can on daily basis.
* Chasing all our EU offices to Offhire what they can from their regions.
3) One Way Use
* Keeping eye on all One Way Use containers that are not allowed to reload or reuse for exports.
* These containers has to Offhired by all means
4) EU Agents Invoice
* Guide EU agents for passing the entire invoice and also train them regularly on Team Viewer
* Checking and updating any new depot contracts rates on 6733
5) Abnormal TE, VE OI,OE & OX moves
* Abnormal GAUS data need to checked on daily basis and chase all offices to update the correct GAUS data within 24 hours –LONG Idling Control. Menu 3151
* VE long idling from EU and to EU should be checked on regular basis for correct data update
6) HMM Misuse Containers
* Handling HMM misuse containers, getting approvals from the head office for sub lease approval.
* Chasing other shipping lines and chase and track HMM containers
7) Managing Document for Depot Contract
* Checking terms & condition and update it on system and excel file
· Good level of education must include minimum GCSE English & Maths. A level or degree level preferred.
· Previous experience with a shipping company and / or Container maintenance and repair and / or equipment control.
· Proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
· Experience of report writing
· Able to work under tight deadlines & under pressure
· Able to deliver; high quality work to brief and on time, juggling priorities and managing expectations internally and externally
· Communication; evidence of a high quality of written and oral communication.
· Initiative: able to think creatively and act on own judgement with minimal supervision.
· Organisational skills: able to plan, control other staff, pay attention to detail, and juggle priorities / coordinate own and department activities.
· Teamwork; embracing the teams objectives, willing to take on whatever role is required, cooperating and contributing constructively, encouraging and supporting others to ensure their contributio0ns is recognised and fully utilised.
