Temp to Perm (potentially)

We are currently looking for a shipping /despatch clerk who will be assisting the team in stores and logistics.

This role is temporary with a view to potentially becoming permanent if considered the right candidate.

Your duties will include assisting with chasing shipping orders in bound and out bound / UK and global shipping / POD’s / tracking items/creating invoices and despatch notes/ data entry, dealing with clients over the phone for ETA’s / queries, administration, filing, photocopying. This role will also be hands on in the stores department to help with stock takes, packing items and shipping notes etc.

The ideal candidate will have previous shipping / despatch / stores admin experience, excellent telephone manner and be competent in working with Microsoft Word/Excel.
