Shipping Clerk

Working for a manufacturing business in Swindon you will be responsible and support with the below functions:

1. Shipping co-ordinator, using UPS, FedEx or any other courier to ship our products, both inward and outward, on a global basis. Training to be provided.

2.Creation of the appropriate shipping documents and liaising with customers and or couriers on shipping requirements.

3.Providing a support role to our financial controller. Posting invoices on Sage, our current financial software. Reconciliation of some accounts, predominantly our shipping couriers. Contacting customers re outstanding payments.

4.Purchasing function, which at the moment is very limited but could be expanded.

5.Basic administration and reception. Possibly sales admin as well.

6.This role will report into our financial controller.

7.The hours of work are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday – Friday
