Position: Sales & Shipping Administrator
Start Date: ASAP
Length of Contract: Temp to Perm
Salary: £10.55
Hours: Full Time (Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 5pm) 50 mins for lunch 38.3 hours per week
Location: Glasgow
Are you who we are looking for?
Essential experience within order processing and quotation
Strong Admin
Would be advantageous if you have shipping experience
Enjoys a fast-paced environment
Communicates well with internal & external stakeholders
Confident telephone manner
Organised & can work to tight deadlines
Knowledgeable with different IT systems (essential MS Office)
Familiarity of SAP and incoterms would be advantageous
What does the day look like?
Exporting all spares and new equipment orders worldwide
Processing of Customs & Excise documents
Setting up billing and invoicing
Providing sales, service, and exporting support to the aftersales and service team
Dealing with customer enquiries and providing customers with accurate quotations
Scheduling service engineers' work including travel bookings, expenses, and timesheets
Collating engineer's time and expenses for billing customers
Assisting team members & management with any other ad hoc admin duties
