About our client:
Our client are global leaders in supply chain management and 3rd party logistics and currently looking for an Import/Export Road and Sea Freight Operator to join their offices within Paisley.

Location:

Paisley
Hours:

Monday – Friday 09:00-17:30
37.5 hours per/week
Salary:

£11.93 per/hr
The role:

Managing the end-to-end process of office purchases within the procurement guidelines
Making transport arrangements & dealing with customers/carriers/haulage companies on a daily basis
Communication with clients (through email and phone)
Coordinating transport links
General administration support to the business as and when required
Skills required:

Knowledge within Road and Sea Freight, managing customer's orders making transport arrangements & dealing with customers/carriers/haulage companies on a daily basis
Experience communicating effectively over the phone and liaising with clients and departments
