What will I do..
As part of the leadership team in Manchester central office location you will be supporting the business strategy across the Oil & Gas and Chemicals sector. Manage a recruitment team to achieve specified financial targets by providing recruitment services to new and existing clients and in generating new business opportunities and leads. Leading projects across our key existing clients and providing a world class service. We are looking for an experience recruitment manager that can drive forward the company strategy around the Oil & Gas and Chemical sectors. Managing and developing the existing team of recruitment managers and recruitment consultants, leading on bids and tenders, working closely with our operations directors to create new a creative business propositions.

Proven career history, working within the recruitment agency market (any sector), looking to take the next step in your management career
Strong Business Development skills, winning recruitment services projects
Influencing and contract negotiation techniques
Strong decision-making skills
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks to attract candidates on the market
An understanding of diversity and how this impacts and connects with resourcing / recruiting
Ability to motivating and engage the team of recruitment staff and the whole organisation
Strong relationship building, management and communication skills What we offer..
Full Time Permanent role – Hybrid working days (Flexible working)
Salary DOE £upto 65k basic
