What will I do..

You will build on you proven career as a recruitment manager and take a leadership role to drive forward the company strategy around the Oil & Gas and Chemical sectors. Managing and developing the existing team of recruitment managers and recruitment consultants, leading on bids and tenders, working closely with our operations directors to create new and creative business propositions.

About you..

Proven career history, working within the recruitment agency market, looking to take the next step in your management career
Experince recruitng in the Oil & Gas, Chemcials or Engineering market would be beneficial but not essential 
Strong Business Development skills, winning recruitment projects
Influencing and contract negotiation techniques
Result Driven
Strong decision-making skills
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks to attract and network with candidates on the market
An understanding of diversity and how this impacts and connects with resourcing / recruiting
Ability to motivating and engage the team of recruitment staff across the whole organisation 
Strong relationship building, management and communication skills What we offer..
