Parts & Shipping Co-ordinator

Due to an internal promotion my client now requires a Manufacturing Parts & Shipping Co-ordinator to join their team.
The primary responsibility of The Manufacturing Parts & Shipping Coordinator is to ensure that ALL goods are checked and booked in daily, and to coordinate with ALL departments to ensure goods being dispatched have the required documentation.
This is a full time permanent position. Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00. Salary expectation is between £25,000 – £28,000 with fantastic additional non salaried benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Picking kits
Review Shipping documentation
Keep accurate inspection records to Maintain full traceability
Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding goods to be shipped
Assist with goods-in
Key Skills
Ability to read engineering drawings
Previous experience working in engineering/manufacturing
Forklift Truck (FLT) skills and/or background in goods in would be advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication skills
Strong Negotiator
