Our Client is a leading manufacturer in their field and has thousands of satisfied customers around the world. They are now looking for a Sales & Parts Administrator to work in a busy environment.
You will be Processing of Customer Orders and booking of Shipments of goods from the Company, and related paperwork including invoicing and associated administrative functions. Full training provided.
Responsibilities
* Process Machine and Parts Sales Orders
* Maintain Dockets for each machine,
* Maintain Machines' Register. Raise Sales Invoices and Credit notes.
* Maintain Delivery Book and prepare Export Documentation.
* Obtain Quotations and arrange shipment of Machines & parts.
* Clear Invoices for payment
