Part Time Shipping Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Shipping and Customs Coordinator or Shipping and Logistics Manager to work with a busy manufacturing company in the Lancing area in this permanent part time role.

The position of Shipping Coordinator is part time, working 25 hours a week 9.30am – 2.30pm Monday to Friday, which will be office based in Lancing.

The Shipping Coordinator role will include:

* Invoicing and shipping using selected couriers to customers around the World

* Ensuring customs paperwork requirements and procedures are met

* Organising customs clearance for Goods received from abroad and the UK

* Ordering supplies and adding purchase invoices to Xero accounting database for payment

* Reception duties, answering the telephone and connecting calls across departments

* General administrative support to Directors and other team members

The role will need someone with previous experience so you must have a good understanding of post Brexit shipping and customs procedures.

The salary is £27K – £33K which will be pro rata to the 25 hour working week.
