Part Time Purchasing and Shipping Administrator

Sayjo Recruitment Ltd are acting on behalf of a client to help recruit a Part Time Administrator. Our client is based in Elland, they're looking for a great candidate who can work 5 days a week, 25 hours, they're flexible about the hours, it could be 5 mornings, 5 afternoons, or to suit school hours, but it has to be 5 days a week.

This is a varied role, working within a busy purchasing / shipping department. The company import lots of stock from abroad and need someone who can assist with the import administration, purchasing administration and also help to key in the details of new product lines into Navision, which updates the ecommerse websites.

Requirements:

* Ability to work part time hours over 5 days

* Previous experience in a varied admin role which required a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

* Previous import experience would be an advantage but not essential,

* Previous experience working within purchasing an advantage but not essential

* Confident once trained, to use your own initiative to get on with daily / weekly tasks

* Good computer skills, on both microsoft packages and CRM system, our customer uses Navision, but similar experience is fine.

* A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing.

* Reliable, hardworking and genuinely interested in the work, able to pick things up over time and become a knowledgeable member of the team

Remuneration:

* £11.00ph – £12.00ph (25 hours = £14,300 / £15,600)

* 5 hours per day (between 8.30am and 5.15pm)

* 20 days holiday plus stats

* Pension
