Offshore Wind Energy Service Manager

We are searching for an Offshore Wind Energy Service Manager or O&M Manager who has delivered an O&M service strategy across Offshore Wind farms in the UK. Please contact me if you would enjoy bringing your offshore operational experience into consultancy service.

Hybrid, home working

The role

* Provide realism and practical advice when advising clients on their operational strategies

* Deliver consultancy projects to clients, including client relationship management, project management, research, analysis and reporting

* Engage with industry to stay up to date with latest information, and gain insight into current trends and thinking

* Undertake desk-based research into the technology, market and supply chain of the industries we serve

* Develop in-house tools and keep our knowledge management systems up to date, and;

* Work closely with other members of the team in a supportive, collaborative and dynamic working culture.

The Person

* Previous leadership experience and/or training would be a strong asset

* Demonstrated ability to provide leadership within a customer support environment

* Minimum 5 years customer support experience in a Wind service environment

* Work extremely well in a fast-paced environment

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

* Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to thrive in a team environment

* Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

* Able to facilitate and mediate effectively during conflicts, and problem solve with cross-functional teams

* Demonstrated ability to establish priorities, and balance diverse projects ensuring deliverables are met
