Offshore People Resource Planner

Our client is looking for an Offshore People Resource Planner for a permanent position, located in Aberdeen.

ROLE

Resource planning of offshore personnel

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Responsible for all planning for assigned discipline pool and maintaining schedules in Onboard Tracker

* Working closely with Crewing Leads to ensure resources are planned and manning level requirements are maintained at all times

* Provide competent and compliant personnel and in accordance with compliance matrix

* Maximise utilisation of personnel and in accordance with contract type

* Monitor headcount levels within discipline pool to meet forecasted demand giving consideration to contract strategy, highlighting any concerns to the Resource Planning Supervisor

* low level recruitment for short term day rate gaps, utilising personnel agencies if necessary

* Highlighting any core crew (CoE) recruitment needs to HR in good time and support the selection process where required

* Responsible for all regards of personnel in assigned pool

* Responsible for KPI reporting for assigned pool, ensuring all targets are met and maintained

* Provide support as required by Resource Planning Supervisor

* Undertake all administrative tasks associated with the role

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications (professional, technical, academic):

Essential:

* Good standard of secondary education

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred:

* Customer service training

* Commercial and financial awareness

Typical background and experience required:

Essential:

* Minimum 2yrs in similar role

* Oil and gas industry experience

* Excellent knowledge of offshore training and legislative requirements

* Recruitment experience

Nice to have:

* Offshore personnel logistics / crewing experience
