An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Ocean Freight Customer Service Operative to join my client's Ocean Freight Division. The role requires the individual to have experience in Customer Service with a background in Freight Forwarding/Logistics for a minimum of 3 years.

The Role
Prime duty is to ensure that all documentation is completed in a correct manner and presented within the expected time frames as designated by the Ocean Freight departmental head at any given time.
