LV Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an International Logistics Account Manager based in Bristol. As account manager you will be looking after existing large accounts ensuring to build trust and confidence whilst they grow.
·Improve your personal knowledge of your customers’ supply chain and industry, their financial objectives, and general business goals in order to continually offer value services.
·Follow an established bid process and engage key stakeholders.
·Create and deliver effective customer business reviews with emphasis placed on how you can support customers with achieving their goals and initiatives.
·Ensure rates are kept up to date and communicated effectively to operations and customers
·Ensure customers are properly set up in the CRM & Customer Account system according to expectations.
·Document all meetings, opportunities, and any other customer related information in the CRM; and ensure data is accurate and consistent at all times.
·Excellent knowledge of ocean freight

·Proficient in MS Word/ PowerPoint & Excel
·Proficient in MS Office
·Ability to communicate up and down management hierarchy with equal effectiveness

This role is a full time and permanent position with a base salary of Circa £45,000 with an OTE OF £60,000 per annum although this in uncapped. A company car allowance of £5,400 is offered, and all mileage is claimable.
The office is based near Aztec West in Bristol, and you will be required to be in the office when not out at customer visits. Remote working is offered for a minimum of two days per month.
