Marine Crew Administrator

Shipping Company based in Hove specialising in offshore and subsea vessels seeks a Marine Crew Administrator

Your duties will include

* Assist with recruitment of marine crew for our vessels (training will be provided)

* Ensuring crew marine certification compliance (training will be provided)

* Issuing contracts

* Coordinating the crew change logistics

* Arranging Crew Travel

* Maintaining Crew Matrix and Databases

Previous experience in either HR, compliance or a Marine background will be an advantage. IT skills to include Microsoft Word and must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets

A versatile approach is essential as your duties will also include assisting in the Marine Operations/Procurements, Compliance and Accounts departments

Working hours are generally from 9 am to 5:30 pm, five days a week, with some flexibility possible. However, longer hours may be required depending on current deadlines and workload. Hybrid working will be considered.
