Our Insurance Broking client is growing and expanding its Marine team and are recruiting people with Marine Cargo experience to professionally manage the accounts of some of their key clients.

Your main responsibilities as a Marine Account Handler include:

Understand the clients' business and risk management needs
Deliver those needs through the provision of ongoing service
Gathering renewal information in good time to enable terms to be obtained and placed
Preparation of market documentation in accordance with clients and market needs
Accurate and timely production of client documentation
Ensure that market documentation is closed in a timely manner
Liaise with Compliance to ensure all procedures are followed
Perform quality control checks on all documentation To be successful in the Marine Account Handler role you will demonstrate:

Strong knowledge of Cargo Insurance
Experience in a technical handling role and good knowledge of relevant regulatory matters
Excellent client servicing skills, communication skills and attention to detailYou will be able to work in the office or remotely at home, to suit your personal requirements.
