Astute are working with a unique business who are looking for a Land Coordinator to join their team. The client provides operational and engineering services to fuel and gas pipelines and they require a Land Coordinator to join their team to coordinate the office activities to ensure that the tasks and procedures associated with the Lands Office administration management are complied with.

We're looking for a people-person who is very organised, meticulous and will enjoy speaking with lots of different people.

Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Land Team Leader, as a Land Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

Coordinating the office activities amongst the Land Management Team
Maintaining records, databases and file management systems for the Land department
Assisting with the provision of advice from the Land Team to internal and external contacts (training would be given)
Ensuring that the Field Technicians are responding to 3rd party queries in a timely and efficient manner
Coordinating the internal workload within the team, prioritising workload where necessary
Review and administer Risk Assessments and Method Statements to meet work targets
Compiling land reports, statistics and key performance indicators as required
Implementing the office emergency response with respect to pipeline incident notifications
Collating the Helicopter Surveillance Reporting process for compliance and adequate response
Helping to agree and devise a Lands training plan matrix with the Team Leader
Other duties as required
Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

Someone with excellent organisational and coordination skills
Experience with, or knowledge of GIS systems, is hugely desirable
Some form of supervisory experience would be brilliant
An ability to be able to multi-task and and prioritise workload
