Freight Administrator required. Perhaps you have some exposure to the Freight industry already or you will have administration and customer service experience from another industry.
Based in central Southampton, you will be working for a global company that operate with 300+ offices within 150+ Countries, you will essentially be responsible for handling all Import bookings for customers looking to book freight shipments.
Administration / data entry is a primary part of this role, but customer service is equally important. You will be the point of contact for the customer when It comes to inputting bookings on the system and then keeping in contact with the customer with regards tracking the shipment.

£20,000 – £22,000
Discretionary annual bonus (normally paid during the Summer months)
20 Days Holiday + Bank Holiday (This increases in increments to 22 days Holiday after 5yrs service)
