We are currently seeking a Fine Art Shipping Coordinator / Account Handler for our client who specialises in Fine Art. The role, which is based in Surrey, is being offered with a salary of up to £30k DOE. You will be expected to manage a busy account, looking after the shipping requirements for an international auction house.
The successful Fine Art Shipping Coordinator / Account Handler will essentially have experience working in Fine Arts and handling accounts as well as, knowledge of logistics (road, air and sea) and knowledge of tariff headings and CPC codes.
Duties of the Fine Art Shipping Coordinator / Account Handler:
Raising invoices / billing clients
Opening, invoicing and quoting jobs
Arranging and liaising local collections / deliveries
covering other shipments for colleagues when required
Account Management, liaising with clients on a regular basis
Experience required for the Fine Art Shipping Coordinator / Account Handler:
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Comfortable working to tight deadlines
Must have experience within Fine Art
Good knowledge of Airfreight, Sea freight, Shipping docs and pack notes
