You're a technologist at heart , you come from a hands-on background with the Microsoft Stack and don't mind being involved in t he odd code review but your drive to get better and move your career on has meant you've quickly got to a higher level,  level where you're overseeing others, coming up with solutions, making plans and getting others on board with you! 

You enjoy speaking with clients, at pre-sales and post-sales stages and you're good at doing it but your passion lies with improving your own team and setting internal standards. You're a strategic thinker, always looking ahead to how you and your team can be better!

-> Well versed with software architecture paradigms, design patterns and industry practices

-> Experience presenting to clients and talking to senior executive stakeholders

-> Reviewing and providing feedback of peer-written code and documenting processes and best practices
