Customer Services – Ocean Freight

Adecco are proud to be working with a well established company who are seeking a Customer Services agent with Freight experience to join their expanding team.

Location: Basildon

Salary: £10.50-£11.00 per hour

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am till 5.30pm

Duration of contract: Temporary to Permanent

The role is to to provide a first class Customer Service to all our Customers and consistently delivering high levels of customer service for this very busy role.

Requirements:

Experience within a Freight background ideally within Ocean Freight
Excellent customer service skills both on the phone and by email
The ability to respond to customer enquiries quickly and effectively
Organised and Proactive
Computer literateDuties:

Completing all administration tasks as required by department
Dealing with enquiries from colleagues and clients
Keeping all records up to date and maintainedBenefits
