Customer Care Representative – Logistics/Freight
Driven to provide outstanding customer service to our customers.  The candidate should be able to effectively address customer requests (internally and externally) and proactively follow up on deliveries, enquiries and issues. A problem solver who is able to think on their feet. Building excellent relationships with customers and going the extra mile. 

We are ideally looking for candidates who have Import/Export knowledge, raising appropriate export documentation, understanding trade deals, duty and movement of dangerous goods.  
You will have excellent time management and the ability to think under pressure, adhering to compliance. 

Language skills in addition to English a distinct advantage – in particular Spanish, Italian & French. 

System Knowledge: Has sufficient ERP knowledge to fulfil this and any other role within the Customer Care team.  Experience of Dynamics D365 or SAP would be a useful but not essential. An intermediate level of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is also required. The ERP system must be kept up to date reflect the real time order status
