I have a superb opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist within Air Freight to work for a global Transport & Logistics company with a site in Bristol. The company provides Road, Sea & Air services to its clients around the world. Hybrid working on offer.
The main purpose of the role is to provide first class customer services whilst adhering to relevant company operating procedures. And to follow and adhere to all QSHE procedures.
Excellent knowledge in AIR LOGISTICS operational procedures
Understanding, knowledge and ensure compliance with QMS in accordance with QSHE procedures.
Training & report any QSHE concerns/near misses/Accidents/Incidents
Excellent customer service experience
Good relationship builder, with the ability to monitor and motivate the staff
Good attention to detail & organisational skills
To follow operational instructions Other Information:
Regular attend dangerous Goods Awareness training
Visit clients, where applicable which may involve unsociable hours and travel outside office working hours/UK.
Make dept manager aware of any operational problems. Salary:
