Ethero are currently recruiting for A Cargo Coordinator to join our prestigious office based in Castle Donington. This is a excellent opportunity for an individual who has previous knowledge and experience.
Working Hours: Working 40 hours per week 09:00-17:30 Monday to Friday but you will be required to work 1 weekend in every 7 which you can work from home weekends only.
You will be working in a modern office with an experienced and dedicated team offering ongoing support and training.
•Process cargo bookings
•Customer and supplier support
•Evaluate all information in relation to bookings
•Anticipate and respond promptly to operational issues
•Handle and resolve customer complaints
•Handling pricing quotes
•Record details and actions taken to inquires and complaints
•Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Organise to meet customer
•Direct requests and unresolved issues to the correct departments
•Create and maintain all computer records as necessary

Requirements for this role are:
