Administration & Shipping Coordinator

Salary: Competitive local salary

Hours: 8am- 5.30pm Monday – Friday
Location: Near Sevenoaks (You must be a driver due to the rural location)

A position has become available working for an extremely well established, local company who are experts within their field, they are progressive and expanding and offer fantastic pay, benefits, training and a fantastic working environment.

No experience is needed for this position as full on the job training will be given, this is an entry level role to start your career, although some office experience would be ideal.

Your duties will include: Inputting and tracking purchase contracts, tracking shipments and container arrivals, processing shipping documents, organising customs clearance, stock transfers, monitor supplier invoices/payments, assisting with stock control, including UK stock counts and much more.
